Title: need help for writing and uploading pictures in pictures archive

i want to comment and upload pictures on unlocked thread in pictures archive but i just can't.

Can anyone help me?

Since the thread you're trying to reply to is in the archieve, it won't accept any new replies/posts.  Start a new thread if you like and people will join.  ;)
