Yes - no response. Sent them a few emails. I think I will call them tomorrow.

that would be your best bet.

try to contact them through email + their vendor forum, you're gonna have a bad time.

I assume any controller from their current, similar line-up would be compatible with an IBM?

Since there are like ten different matrix configurations for the 1391401 a swap is unlikely to work unless they are made within a few years of one another...

Ok. I just though I would warn you that not all 1391401 controllers fit all 1391401 keyboards.
