Apple defines "proprietary". Its OK if that's what you want. I don't care for the restrictions myself. Glad to see the snobby attitude gone.

Apple has officially pulled all of the "Get a Mac (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Get_a_Mac)" ads off their website.

Mac: "Hi.  I'm a Mac."
PC  : "Hi.  I'm a PC."
Both:"We're now unemployed."

I think the campaign did great at first, was very effective but now Microsoft has been running with the I'm a PC and Windows 7 was my idea and that has been very successful so Apple is pulling the plug.

Hello. I'm a Windows.

Okay, first of all, what is in that jar on the far right of the photo? It looks like you are cultivating some swamp water.

Secondly, that is probably the ugliest blue (desk) I've ever seen.

That desk's getting to be pretty beat. I'm going to re-paint it properly some day (prepare the surface correctly so the paint doesn't peel off). But it's a great old desk-solid wood instead of that cheap particleboard junk that warps you buy nowadays.

That jar of swamp water's actually a bouquet of daffodils. It's just about 3 months old. I'll throw it out when I remember to some time.

Ever knocked old flower swamp water like that over?  You'll only do it once.

The real star was the loser, but lovable, John Hodgeman.  Shown here with the same [strike]ferret[/strike] marmot used in the Big Lebowski.
This looks ferret.

I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few ferrets in my time.

1. Saw shirt.
2. Googled "Nice Marmot"
3. Saw "The Big Lebowski" in results.
4. Connected with something about it mentioned earlier.
5. Looked up quotes.
6. Looks worthy of my time, will watch under the influence of [insert any potential psychoactive here].
