looking for kmac mini kit when they are 'released' to the wild. winkeyless is neat
not looking for kmac/LE at this time :)

Nobody has the kmac mini yet as they haven't been released yet, hopefully they will be out in September.

KMAC mini only comes in silver. There is no winkey version. The buy allowed some people to order up to two kmac mini's. Your best bet is to go to KBDMania and play nice with the locals, and ask around for extras. Cutoff time is way over now, and production has begun.

i'm on kbdmania and i try to keep up there but even with google translate it's hard to figure much out :P
i mentioned the winkey version/titanium color preference for the other boards, not the mini :)

It has been reported that KMAC should be available in a Round 2 sometime in the not-too-distant future. I'm sure it will be limited, but maybe someone here can work out a proxy or coordinate somehow with Korean members to make this happen on here.

For a little bit of extra work, you can participate in their GB's.

actually, no, that had nothing to do with it. that whole picture deal was a problem because the person that posted it was trying to pass of like they were part of the kmac team.

In general, I am speaking about the ability to participate in KBD's GB's. I can't find the post, but there was a very detailed posting regarding what to do to join

yes, anybody is free to join korean gbs as long as you have a proxy.
but GH had a proxy in the works and then something happened and here we are. everybody fending for themselves.

I get your point but it's moot. I was just broke when the kmac mini GB was open, and unfortunately it ended up closing a day or 2 before I ended up getting paid.

What are you talking about? I do hope your post wasn't related to mine, because what I stated happened. No lies or slander involved. Now it turns out according to demik that the incident in question did not coincide with what I thought occurred.
I resent the idea that it was always "easy" or "accessible" to participate in Korean GBs, but I'm going to leave it there because the thread crapping has gotten way out of hand, and if we want to beat this dead horse anymore I'm sure there is a thread for that (or quite possibly an app).

I hear ya Demik. On the surface one of your first comments does lend itself to pointing to Sherry as having been the proxy (I can't find the post this very minute, but he talks about probably never doing a Korean KB buy for here again due to the problems of KMAC 1). Honestly we should just stop talking about this because it's going to turn into a witch hunt that we don't need. Somebody screwed up and it hurts all of us because it's a community. Hopefully in the future we can make up with those who make these boards so we can get in on the next buy. There is literally nothing we can do now, however.

I believe those keys were lasered. Every other key was doubleshot, but not those.
I'm sure for the windows key, but not for the menu key.
