Title: Best typing program?
Post by: Danny356 on Wed, 08 August 2012, 00:37:24
Basically, I've noticed some things while typing that I would like to remedy. I don't seem to use my right ring finger and pinky, and only use my left pinky for modifiers. I also pretty much NEVER use the right shift key and always use my left hand for the number keys/symbols. I feel like if I could remedy this I would type substantially faster, currently, I'm capped at around 90-110 wpm for text that doesn't require grammar or symbols and around 70-80 with text that does.

Microsoft Word 97 works well for me. They've even got the pinball game in there!
