Hello,
I searched the forums, the the web, but could not find the answer. If I buy a key cap set for a Realforce 87u, would the keys all fit on a HHKB Pro 2? And vica versa? (Not including the arrow keys, etc., that the HHKB does not have.)
Thanks so much!

Unfortunately, not all Realforce keycaps will fit on the HHKB. The majority of the alphanumeric keys will fit, but you'll find that most of the modifiers do not.
The HHKB has a unique layout, and as a result, they must use unique keycaps.

Use blank like I do. Everything fits except the right shift (you can see some gaps in the picture around that right shift).

These are RF87U/104U (that EK sells) keycaps on a Type-S HHKB.

Thank you for the quick replies! Reaper - I assume that the printed keycaps would fit just the same, right? (silly question, I know) And the keys press down, and work just as well? No difference?
Thanks!

You're weclome and printed version would fit just the same except it will not be in the correct location (like DanGWanG said) and that's why most of us that own both use blanks. Also I don't notice any difference while typing (keys press).

Ok gotcha. I understand now.
Thank you. Have a super day! :D
