Title: Anyone with a 1990 1391401?

Anyone with a 1990 1391401 IBM able to open up their case and give me a part number on the controller?


Should be something like this:

Appreciate the help in advance. Looking for a replacement controller and Unicomp needs the part numbers.

Does it have to be a 1990? I have a 1989 that might possibly have the same controller...?
