Title: Mac friendly keycaps for the Truly Ergonomic Keyboard

I would like to order more mac friendly keycaps for my Truly Ergonomic keyboard.  I don't know exactly which key caps I need (row 1, 2, 3 or 4).  Does anyone know exactly which rows are needed for replacement ctrl, alt, and blank keys?  I will be ordering from WASD keyboards if that matters.

I don't know of any 2x keycaps other than backspace, and the numpad (0, +, enter). Depending on your preference, numpad + and enter might be your best bet.
