Anyone know where to get one?  None at Elite or The Keyboard Company, and Qtang and I couldn't find one on Taobao.

Yeah, they are out of stock everywhere...I was looking myself a few weeks back.  Try the classifieds, maybe someone will let go of theirs for you.
