Title: New keyswitch manufacture?
Post by: __red__ on Sat, 25 August 2012, 21:31:54
I vaguely recall seeing a post from a company that were about to release a new mechanical keyboard with their own design of keyswitch.

Of more interest to me they said that they'd sell packs of 800 of them for around $100 which is significantly more cost effective than the MX1As from Cherry.

Has anyone seen one of these keys yet?  With the multiple keyboard designs going on here we should at least look them over right?

Thanks,

I would be interested in a custom alps if people are willing to put in time and design it ptoperly like the phantom.

I would also be interested in an ALPS custom.

some should start a thread in the making stuff together section for it to see if we can get some interest flowing.
