We've talked about doing a GH t-shirt at least twice since I've been a member.  I love the technical diagram idea.  Would buy. :D

Great idea.  We should've done something like this long time ago.

cool!

was thinking of using the remaining geekhack pack budget on t-shirts. have access to relatively cheap 1-2 color silkscreening, but sizing issues are tres annoying

I had considered this previously too and actually there is an easy solution that doesn't involve a group buy.

If we have a couple people make designs and posts then on here you can get a tshirt made and shipped to you for under $20 from zazzle

http://www.zazzle.com/cr/design/pt-zazzle_shirt

lots of colors and sizes

so, i was going to point out that imav put up a cafepress site quite a while ago, but then i pulled it up and realized that the design in the OP is from that site. hah!

Well I'll be damned.  Agree the font should be changed, and IMO we should ditch the "wanna switch?" thing.

I think wanna switch is pretty solid. but it'd be recognizable to only a niche group.

We should probably use something simple along the lines of "I'm better than you"

How about just Geek Hack and maybe Keyboard Enthusiasts under it with an exploded view of a switch or an SSK (something classic)... I kind of like the idea of one with all the different kinds of colored switches on it.

I like the diagram + GEEKHACK but no slogan... it's too corny even for a bunch of keyboard geeks.
maybe i'll fire up photoshop and play around. any links to those switch diagrams? the topre one is from the patent, i guess the rest might be as well.

I like the, "It's a keyboard thing..." slogan. The wanna switch is cool but nobody would get the reference imo.

OH MY!

Agreed! GB on that! I would LOVE go putting it around the computer lab hahahahaahha!

You can have the shirts outsourced to someone in Singapore if you wanna lower the cost, black white silk screening cost less than 15 SGD here with the right contacts (you need to provide the designs of course!).....but the shipping may kill you.

Or maybe not. Considering sea freight for distribution by someone in US.

EDIT: for real savings, go to China and get it done :)
