Hello guys, im new in the "world of mechanical keyboards" so i dont have a clue about mechanical keyboards and since my razer lycosa keyboard is dying im thinking about buying a new mechanical keyboard.
it has to be like a normal keyboard (+with numpad etc...) beacuse a saw few keyboards without numpad. and i would prefer "small enter" button http://i01.i.aliimg.com/img/pb/628/978/415/415978628_155.jpg like here but it is not that important.
price range -120€

I suggest reading this, it's a great start and will give you an idea on which switch type you want.

The CM Storm QuickFire Pro tends to be one of the best keyboards for the price, and Das is another good choice.

Welcome to Geekhack!
A good first choice for a keyboard, but good luck finding a local supplier. Shipping costs can be quite high (as I have found in Australia).
