Title: Cherry big ass enter (or WYSE)
Post by: danielucf on Wed, 12 September 2012, 04:06:23
Did any cherry keyboard ever have a big ass enter key? I've been trying to look around but have not seen one yet.
If the answer is yes, who has an extra one laying around... ;)
I know there are some WYSE boards with big ass enter like the WYSE 900130-01 just not sure what the switches are underneath.

Try to look for those aircraft carrier boards with ANSI layout. Those are the only ones I know with _|-Enter

Yes, but also the Cherry ones with the bigass enter the keymount is like ISO style vertical, or at least on the ones I have.

Cool thanks. Sucks for me though because I was trying to figure out if it'd be possible to easily make a cherry set for my SS7G. Not without stem modification though. Got an extra big ass enter for sale?

I think the BTC 5300 boards would work for that, but it's been awhile since I had one. I think it had ansi style mount. Maybe ask in this thread (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=35507.0) to check it?
