Title: WASD keycaps for Truly Ergonomic
Post by: docomoz on Thu, 13 September 2012, 03:30:27
Hi guys.

I use Truly Ergonomic 209 keyboard and I'm going to switch from qwerty to colemak. I don't want to buy a new keyboard with a blank layout just for it, but I also can't interchange keys between rows, because their heights are different. I'm thinking about ordering a set of keycaps from WASD (http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/products/individual-blank-keycaps.html) for a character keys, but I really don't know which one of them — Row 1, Row 2, etc?.. I have to order 34 1x1 keycaps of 3 different heights. Could you please help me with this?

Thanks!

Hello

I received my teck today, and i was curious about this as well since i want to change keycaps for a custom layout.

While the surface is slightly different on the TECK caps, they have the same heights/profile than the caps of my Filco.

Some pictures: (blanks are from TECK, marked are from Flico)

I'd say it's ok to order caps from any filco-compliant manufacturer like WASD.

Regards

Is there any PBT keycaps compatible with trulyergonomic??

The link above (WASD) denotes the keycaps are ABS.
