Title: KSI-1293 - POS keyboard with trackpoint
Post by: IvanIvanovich on Sun, 23 September 2012, 17:43:38
KSI-1293 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-POS-System-Register-Keyboard-KSI-1293-/271047610573?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f1bb250cd)
Looks like it could be pretty nice with an 1800 like layout and reasonable price. Found the manual (http://www.ksikeyboards.com/drivers/KSI-129X%20User%20Manual.pdf) which does mention this model is mechanical. Probably has MX blacks like the other mech KSI I have come across.

Interesting numlock key location. 4 available, and only $55. I especially like the double row of 19 blank keys across the top.

I also like how the spacebar favors right thumbers like me.

Any idea what type of key caps these have?  May be the pictures, but ledgends don't look that sharp, so probably lasered?

edit: typo

Never have seen KSI that wasn't laser or pad print.
