Title: Bluetooth remote control with trackpoint-like control: does it exist?

Hey yall.  I was wondering if there's a such thing as a bluetooth multimedia remote control with a pointing stick (thinkpad nipple) built in.  It would be useful for playing movies, but work handily as a mouse as well.  Has anybody heard of anything like this?  If it doesn't exist, is there a way to build one???
