Title: KEycool 87 not working

I just got my KC 87 in the mail and it's not working, I already checked the cable and I was wondering if there is anything I should try before I send it back.

Specify what you mean by "not working". Is it just not being recognised by the computer at all? Have you tried restarting, trying different USB ports?

plugging it in does nothing.

This may sound stupid, but have you turned the computer off, plugged it in and restarted it?

I'd probably just send it back ASAP. If you got it through one of the ebay sellers you may have a very small window in which you can return it.

never mind, fixed it. I opened it up and it turned out that the cable that connects the USB connector to the main plate wasn't properly connected.

I should be getting one of these tomorrow - how easy was it to disassemble?

y did you get keycool? is it cheaper?
