http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rare-Lexmark-IBM-M15-Buckling-Spring-Ergonomic-Split-PS-2-Keyboard-/170919086078
No bidding, just $899.99 buy-it-now, ends October 10th 03:29 PDT
This is one of those Lexmarks with an alternate part number and (I believe) a different serial# sequence.
Lexmark PN 1428401, Model M15
Serial # 0000347
Manufacture date of 3/9/1995.
Looks like all the feet are intact, seems in good condition generally from the tiny photos and description. Non-smoker.
Hairline crack in the ball joint mechanism.
Is this what these are really going for now? Seems pricey by at least a hundred bucks to me, and odd that it's not open for bidding.
-
I think one of these went for $1800 or something like that not too long ago. It was NIB, if I recall.
M15's are really pricy on ebay, but I'm told that you can get them cheaper elsewhere.
-
X X $900 still a good deal?
-
The more typical price for one of these lately has been in the $500-600 range. I'd hardly call this a good deal, but I suppose it depends how bad you want one.
-
what is a good price to get one of these at? i mean obvious its all insane to the rest of the world.
how often do they come up...ive looked at the m15 for a while now, one of the few keyboards id consider dropping big bucks on.
-
I would rather have a Cherry G80-5000 at that price.
-
Its now relisted with no price change. Bets on whether it sells?
-
I'd say no. I want one though...*goes dumpster diving and to the local Goodwill*
-
price drop, any idea what one should aim to pay for one of these?
-
Less than that. Seriously. The last one on ebay was NIB and demanded a premium, but this one is used and has a crack in the ball joint.
There's not much supply go compare against, but I've seen them sell in the $500-600 range on a normal auction.
