Just got a Sperry Uniscope 100 (http://terminals.classiccmp.org/wiki/index.php/Sperry_Uniscope_100) keyboard from ebay. This one is the naked one depicted on the wiki (no enclosure). I missed out on the bundle of 2 Uniscope keyboards that sold on ebay earlier this year. (Maybe you, dear reader, are the one who bought them?)
I'm guessing it dates from early to mid 70s; I'll know more once I can look at date codes on the chips.
Cherry was a popular manufacturer of keyswitches at the time; I don't know what else to expect in terms of manufacturers for this time period. Sperry might have been manufacturing everything in-house. The keycaps are certainly unconventional looking.
