Well I do.
I found many keyboards even good ones with poor rubber feet. There is one piece of cookware that is really gaining in popularity and now available almost everywhere…
I present you what is ironically called the non-stick cooking mat!
Of course stay away from Teflon based ones, but those of Silicone are perfect for the task.
They now come in all colors for about 10$
I thought it would be nice to share this finding with you guys ;D

I was surprised at how much my Realforce could move, especially considering how high quality everything else is on that board.
PS: is there supposed to be a link or picture with that post?
-
Yeah would be nice if you can show us a link or picture.
For me I just use a face towel folded in half. Works well and dampens the sound and make your keyboard sound better, sounds ghetto but you guys should really try it out :)

Maybe something like this?

I do. I can't do anything if my board is even a millimeter off.
-
I can't stand it when mine is in one place. I'm constantly repositioning myself and need to move the keyboard accordingly, however having it stay once it's there is what matters to me.
-
Nope, I like mine to slide about my desk like a figure skater. Not really. I think everyone likes it to stay in place while it's being used. It's quite annoying when it slides just from typing. I only have that problem with my TG3 though. It didn't have feet on it at all when I got it, and the ones I slapped on from the hardware store are just not much better. Might have to check that out, and maybe just glue a sheet of it to the bottom if it works well.

If it slides get some Egrips and problem solved.

agreed

I don't have much trouble with my keyboards moving around when I type. I do hate it when my keyboard is difficult to move around my desk though. I try not to sit in one position for too long when typing.
If you are using a wrist/palm rest and have problems with the keyboard moving around, you are probably leaning on it too much.

The only keyboard I've used that stays completely still is my Kinesis Advantage, and it uses rubber bumpers kind of like these http://www.amazon.com/Polyurethane-Adhesive-Protects-Cushions-Surfaces/dp/B000U7AEMW/ref=pd_bxgy_ac_img_y (http://www.amazon.com/Polyurethane-Adhesive-Protects-Cushions-Surfaces/dp/B000U7AEMW/ref=pd_bxgy_ac_img_y). I feel like I constantly have to clean or dust off the rubber feet on the rest of my keyboards to keep them from sliding around.
-
Sometimes if the rubber feet get dirty (dust, etc.) they will loose traction - cleaning them off with an alcohol pad will restore them to maximum grip. I've never had an issue with any of my boards sliding on my desk, even my Poker with it's original case, but some desks may be slipperier than others.

Yes, I agree...this is probably the best alternative available. I've actually ordered one of the universal kits recently for a Poker/Pure wooden case I'm working on, and they seem like they'd work perfectly.

For all of you asking for link of pictures.

Then click [images] on top left of the screen
Really worth a try... I cant believe I lived that long without one of those under my boards.

Rubber drawer liner works great!

Rubber drawer liner works great!
Agreed! That is what I had before the baking mat

My HHKB used to drive me crazy so I taped some silver bars I had inside to give it weight. So if you see my HHKB laying around steal it.
-
You had silver bars laying around? :|
-
As if it wasn't worth a lot already. :P
