Looks a lot like a BTC 5100C. Maybe our chinese friends made a copy of this keyboard...?

Yeah, it's just a BTC 5100. Nothing special, though they are alright for a domes board. Some really early models are foam and foil too, and if it's that old and that used it will likely feel really terrible.

Lame. The title says "clicky" so I was hoping it was actually something decent under the keys.

As we know many ebay seller like to put clicky on anything that seems to be old. I often see many late 90's domes boards and all sorts of rubbish listed as clicky, or even worse sometimes as mechanical. Rare Clicky mechanical keyboard, open listing to find compaq RT101, it gets old.
