Title: What type of Model M is this?

Hello GH community. Long time lurker, first time poster here.
My friend found and bought this MODEL M in a local junk market from a clueless seller for 3 turkish liras (1.4$).
And i need your guys' input on what model exactly or how rare is this. I know there are variations of Model M.

It has a detachable spiral(?) cable and the keys are in Turkish letters with Turkish layout. The keycaps are swappable though.
