i have thick white-on-black lasered PBT in that terrible small format with 1x modifiers if you happen to be interested in that one :)

Is that with ANSI enter and 2.25x right shift?

I have lots of them with ANSI shifts and 1.25x mods but ISO enters

Black lasered keycap is POM not PBT. Not sure how much you want to spend, but there is some NIB 1800 101 key on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Cherry-G81-1800-Keyboard-/200580487274?forcev4exp=true&forceRpt=true). I only have PBT with 1.25.

Sorry, should have clarified, black legends on white caps.
