Keep in mind the bottom row 1.25 keys on these are useless due to Cherry using offset stems for absolutely NO F*CKING REASON.
-
I would use caution here since the seller put 'used' in the description and new in the bottom area. Should probably have him clarify that before bidding.

how can you tell which 1.25x modifiers have off center stems? of course some of them don't, so it'd be helpful to know the difference, oh great one. ^_6
-
MY board all have offset stem on 1.25 bottom row. No idea why Cherry thought it would be an excellent idea to have to make new key mold and everything to have it different when it served no purpose.
-
They knew keyboard enthusiast in the future would come to value their no-longer-in-production thick double-shot keys...so they decided to troll us
-
That must be it, they just like trolling their customers... they are even still at it. They changed the stem spacing again on the 3800 caps lock for no reason! It's exactly in between the stepped and fulltouch stem placement.
-
Yeah I saw that on sixty's review on DT and i just had to laugh at his picture.
-
oh looks good.

To be honest, best way for us Australian's to do it are just cough up the money for the SP cherry replica doubleshots.
-
Or just ask nicely for someone in the US to act as a middleman between the ebay seller and you. Many people here are glad to help out fellow ghers for free

Or maybe a proxy can work for us out of the supported shipping geo.

First rule for anyone getting into keycaps: patience. It holds even more true for us living down here. I mean, those shipping times! Takes us long enough to find what we want for a "reasonable" price, and even then you never know if or when it will arrive. xD
