Hi everyone, so I've been trying to find a website the past few days that have the Ducky Shine II in brown switches with white LEDs for the past two days. Although every website I visit, they're out of stock. Are they THAT popular? :)) Anyways I was wondering if anyone knew of some websites where I could order one or if anyone roughly knows how long it generally takes TigerImports/MechanicalKeyboard (I think they're the same website?) to restock on Ducky keyboards. I was hoping to get one by Friday, but this just doesn't seem feasible anymore.

Brown switches are in a shortage. That could have to do with the lack of shine II boards w/browns. :(

Even PCCG is out of stock until 30-Oct.

Oddly, Ducky's reseller lists Mac compatibility as a definite no, but the DIP switches offer the ability to swap Win and Alt.
Is there something else I don't know about here? I hear the Razer backlit mac-chanical keyboard is overpriced, underwhelming, loud, and fragile, plus I prefer the white backlight. Anybody know if this is a real hard limit?

Well I'm not sure if the built in volume control and other playback functions will work with Mac, but generally any USB keyboard is plug and play with Mac.
So most likely it will work with Mac, just not guarantee on those extra functions.

I am using a Ducky Shine (version 1) quite happily on my Mac (with Win/Alt keys swapped).
No issues at all, apart from there is no key mapped to eject, but as the optical drive in my Mac is dead anyway, I don't use it.
F9..F12 do Expose etc.Only thing is the calculator etc. buttons do not work, but that's no big deal as I don't use them anyway.

Yes, they do. You just need to hold down Fn and press, F1..F7, pretty much as labelled on the keycaps iirc :)
