Title: Proxy from the US?

I remember seeing a topic post by one of the vendors, saying that he provide proxy shipping from US to internationally.
the shipping cost was pretty low coz he is a vendor on amazon. and i cant find the post now.
anyone have seen it?

He's talking about a proxy to ship stuff from US -> internationally, because some people don't want to deal with customs.
