Model 1903 should have Monterreys.

The 1903 is DIN and the 1948 is PS/2.

Indeed you will need a DIN-PS2 adapter if you get the model# 1908 DIN with monterey switches. Fortunately, the seller was kind enough to provide me with one on the auction where I won mine.
