Comes with everything pictured in the 1st pic. Original box, USB Cable, extra cap, cap puller, ps2 adapter. Keyboard was used lightly for about 2 months.

Sorry for the confusion, that was for the key caps that I was selling earlier. Instead of creating a new thread, I decided to just use the old thread and listed my keyboard up for auction.
