A year ago I bought and loved a Realforce 87U with Topre switches. Then, a few months ago, I setup a standing station around my Mac Book Air and borrowed a friend's Matias Quiet Pro and used it, switching in and out with my Unicomp -- and using those other boards (neither of which I find perfect) makes me type horribly on my Realforce. The tops of the Realforce caps must be smaller than the others. It's so bad I had to take the Realforce offline and move the Unicomp down to my main workstation.
Now, I am a man without a one-loved switch. I have a Das with Cherry blues. That's not the answer either.
I am sad.

Could you please measure the tops of your realforce keycaps for us?
Please measure the tops of your other keycaps too.
I am really interested if the caps are smaller. You are the second person I have seen saying this.
Thanx

Odd, I find I am more accurate on my Topre boards. Looking at the caps, they look exactly the same size as my cherry boards, too :-\ Can't say the same for any Alps boards, as I have none :(

Maybe you're getting used to using heavier switches? If the Topres are now too light for your changed typing style, that would explain having lots of errors.
