Title: OCN Doubleshot Keys
Post by: Phaedrus2129 on Thu, 22 November 2012, 20:28:08
Hey folks, those old Overclock.net doubleshot flame keys worth anything these days?

You can still pick up the Alps ones for $5 (I think they have like a dozen left)
http://www.tankguys.com/site-merchandise/overclock-net-keyboard-key.html

But the Cherry ones have been out of stock for years.

Who's got 'em? Worth anything to you folks? :p

They're still selling those? I thought TankGuys only carried the Ducky boards now and the rest being computer parts.

Only the Alps versions. They made 50 of each flavor, and the Cherries sold out in a couple weeks, but they only sold 30-40 of the Alps. That was right after the peak of the ABS M1 craze, when Alps was briefly relevant to the non-vintage mechanical keyboard market.

The OCN Duckies' Esc Flames are just pad printed, of course. Or were they laser? I forget. In any case they aren't doubleshot.
