If the whole GMK thing goes through, the value of some of the most valuable keys will decrease quite a lot. Sure, some will still want the originals, but it might be hard to tell them apart, and a lot of the demand may disappear.

Edit: The potential production of SSKs might cause the same effect there too.

On the cherry stuff yes, I think if GMK does start to make "cherry caps" again could reduce prices on original cherry stuff by quite a bit. But I'm also sure there will still be people how stick to 1980-1990 cherry stuff only just because they're purist.


However on the SSK, it will be a Model M/it parts modded to SSK/TKL layout, but it won't have the OEM case. I think kawa is looking at an acrylic case since OEM cases are near impossible to find with any large quantity.

they weren't. seller took them down ebay says:
"This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available."

Ah, OK.  Hopefully relisted at a cheaper price =)
