This NEO CS it's just the one from  rdjack21 (http://geekhack.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1589) as you can see by the Ebay username. Also he is the only one from USA around this forum who has two of them.

He said a long of time ago he would be willing to sell one of them so there it goes.
