Do they make space bars that fit modern keyboards? If so, on which models?

Modern spacebar meaning 6.25 with a centered stem slot

7-unit spacebars fit on some 'modern' keyboards (mostly Korean customs).  Otherwise, all their 6.25-unit spacebars have non-symmetrical stem placements, so they won't fit on anything unless you mod the stems.
