While I was searching where to get a Filco, I came across Filco Excellio Lite Dream keyboard model:

It does not look like a MX switch keyboard since it is a light and thin keyboard.
Filco has a new model with Metallic blue cover. Is this a metal cover or just a different paint over the standard cover?

Rubber dome. Looks quite similar to the new Dell low profile rubber domes.
If you are referring to the Majestouch AI Metallic Blue, it is a metallic blue painted plastic case.
-
I doubt it's painted. More than likely just a different plastic used

No, I'm pretty sure the Metallic Blue, Metallic Pink, Camouflage, and Italian Red Filcos are all painted. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hmm, I could see them doing it for the camo (I'm thinking dip paint) but the others you would think they would go with a different plastic.

It is a "パンタグラフ" "pantograph" keyboard. AKA scissor board.

It's too bad "pantograph" is not as cool as it sounds.
