So I just bought a G80-3700 but the body and PS2 cords is a bit yellowed. What's the best way to clean it? Will retro-bright work on something like this (even the cord)?
Thanks ^____^

If I recall correctly, rubber decays quickly in Retr0brite...I think it may work, just be careful:)

Dang, I guess if it comes down to it, I'll have to sleeve it.

oxi clean, oxi-clean..........oxi-clean!
1/4 part to 1 gallon. i usually make 1 cup to 4 gallons of water and add about a cup of hydrogen peroxide
pour in something kind of flat, yet will handle the size of a keyboard, keycaps, etc.- heck you can form something and just use a big plastic trash bag as it will not leak.
the water should be deep enough to submerge, however everything will float on top.
* IMPORTANT- it must be set in "direct sunlight/uv"....... i usually set mine out for about 4-6 hours dunking in the oxi clean-water mix quite a few times.
i'm not a chemist, but the ox- clean/water - uv has REMOVED at least 70-90% of yellow from age, etc. restoring pretty the default color when the plastic was new. that would be the case and the keys!
it is not a gimmick, but actually works. i would not mix any stronger so as not to fade the legends.
hope this helps.......... :D

Do the body, don't bother with the cable. Surely people will have some spare cable left over from G81 harvesting.

Could I use a G81 cable that is USB? Would that even work or would I need to find one that is also PS2?

ps/2 or at can replace direct. If want to use usb would have to controller replace.
