Nvm lol.    Describe to us more.  Does the light even turn on?  Does the Fn work for other functions but just not one?  Or does it not work at all?  Are your dipswitches set in correct position?

There have been some issues surrounding Ducky's QA process, I'm not sure if it affects the shine's or just the 1087's (which I am more familiar with) so it could be that something has broken on the board. Does the FN key work with other keys on the board aside from the backlight key?

Good point.  Best to pinpoint if its the Fn function with that particular key rather than if its just the Fn key itself.  Could be a program issue, so try both.

Does it work on another computer?

Ducky did has some issues with the 1087 series, but the Shines are considered generally pretty good.

The Fn key controls not only backlighting, but the media keys and the keyboard repeat rate keys too.

It should not really make any difference what type of computer it is connected to - these functions generally affect only the keyboard itself.

Is it s Shine version 1 or a Shine II?

Well, I tried to see if it magically worked and it did so thank you for the help, I think it is my computer the problem, I couldn't test on others but it sometimes happens with the right shift key, if you know how to fix this...

:D yeah just try unplugging and stuff or just restart computer.  sometimes my computer doesn't recognize but never gave me aproblem on the usual.  its only when i unplug and plug it in right away on accident or if something jogs the USB cord

That's really weird.  Sound's like a faulty connection.  If you know how to take apart the board and are comfortable with dealing with fine electronics then take a look at some You Tube videos and try to see if there is a physical problem.  It could be, and could just require very minor soldering that would take less than 5 minutes, albeit it is rarely the case.

So the Fn key, when it doesn't work, doesn't work at all? Not even with any of the other keys? Also, keep the keyboard in reactive mode if possible, when you can get it working again.  Check to see if you still get LED light when you depress key if it doesnt work, which means that there is current flowing, which could mean that there is an internal circuit or chip issue.  I'm not too sure though, you should go talk to some Ducky Channel reps.

The FN key doesn't work at all, I checked with a software. And I don't have reactive mode, I only have three modes, keyboard without numpad, with numpad and breathing like mode (in which it is stuck right now cause the FN key doesn't work again.

If you only have those lighting mode, it sounds like a Shine version 1.  That should reset the backlighting if you reboot the computer - at least it will stop the pulsing.

If the r-shift is also playing up intermittently, then it could be a (rare) PCB fault or a bad solder joint as the keys are adjacent.

So, I've tested on another PC and it is not on the computer's side, as for the shift key I think it is because it occurred with another keyboard.
And yeah by the way I think you're right, it is a version 1.
