I'm building a 456GT and figured you all might like to see some pics... something of a build log with not so much talking really. :)

Nice, Can't wait to see more pics and updates!!!
-
This silly thing is HEAVY! And that's without the plates. With the plates this thing is ridiculous.
-
Who's is it?!
-
That's going to be such a beauty! I could really use one for when the zombies attack....
-
Matte black is really nice. I'm curious to see how fast it picks up hand oils though.
-
Lucky guy, whoever owns this. Can't wait to see the final build!
-
I'd hazard a guess at Tsangan.
-
More pics, I stuck the controller together.
-
That is slick, can't wait to see more :D
-
Just noticed I forgot to shoot it with the big DIP Atmega in place... wife interrupted me. Get to it tomorrow :)
-
wife interrupted me.
Darn! I hate when real life gets in the way of me drooling over a keyboard! ;)
-
Need more of these detailed build-logs. Thanks for sharing.

Lazy cats. Want me to send you a dog?
-
Nice cat ;D ;D
-
That looks so nice. How do I get my hands on that? =D

Finding one of those might be a little tough -_-...
MOAR PICS!!!!!!
-
Agreed, need moar pics!! :D
-
Any information behind this board? I'm curious, this build looks awesome and needs more pictures.
-
I fell ill... not to mention having a wife and 2 kids during Christmas doesn't give me much time.

I'm not a fan of taking pictures... why do I do this to myself?

Because....well, you know :)
-
PS - you did notice I posted a few more, yes? ;)
It's sitting in front of me on the OR table right now.
-
Total noob here. Those switches have such long fixing pins on them. Those are pcb mount switches right?
-

I now noticed that, lol :)
-
The ones in the bucket? Hand inserted diodes.

Yea the ones in the bucket. Errr.. a little confused now but does that mean those are plate mounted switches and you had diodes inserted instead of soldering the diodes separately onto the pcb?
-
They are PCB mount and I put the diodes inside the switches.
-
I see, seeing there is a plate could you have used plate mounted switches?
-
Could have, yes. The PCB has the proper holes and there's nothing quite like the experience of the solidity of a plate+PCB mount build. Being a 6+lb KB it'll be rather interesting.
-
Haha. Sounds good. Thanks for enlightening this noob here. =)
-
Dat stability
Nice update :)
-
Update!
-
Are there LED availability with this keyboard? Looking good!
-
Haven't gotten word on what color to install :) Scr/Caps in-switch only.
-
In one of the keyboard 1(maybe 2 i forgot) of the 4 profiles the scroll light LED is always on and just like the 356mini it does this
-
Cool! Is it supposed to blink when you depress a key? I think that would be annoying, but the fade effect is certainly cool.
