Title: Left Alt malfunctioning

Many people have reported that a certain batch of QFRs have a malfunctioning left alt. My QFR's left alt works when used alone however when used in conjunction with tab or ctrl+del it does not work. Is CM offering RMAs for malfunctioning keyboards and/or is there a quick fix that can be performed?

Someone created a guide to fixing the solder point (which is the root of the issue)...
