Does this specification exist ?

Can you recommend me good boards which have all of these requirements ?

Do you mean flat? As in there is no curved or slanted profile to the keycaps and board itself?

Yes I ment flat, by which i mean no curve to the key - layout.

bumpidy, still need those recommendations.

If flat is out of the question ill also happily look at curved layout- boards.

There are very few MX boards without scuplted keycap. Deck and G80-3800 spring to mind first, there is other I think... but none tenkeyless that I know of only mini or fullsize. Also Deck don't come in blues.
Blues and tenkeyless is easy if you remove the keycaps requirement.

Alright, so normal sculpted caps but cherry caps with blues at least.

What good boards am i looking at then ?

My main advice is get whichever tenkeyless suit you best price to features, then get nice set of Cherry doubleshots (or dyesub, blank, or laser whatever work for your budget) for it.
Otherwise if you don't want to have to get keycap seperate, tenkeyless board with Cherry profile is not a long list at all, Leopold FC700...
