FIXED I Magically fixed it by plugging in detachable cord. First keyboard I have ever owned that has a detachable cord. I wasn't going to post this because it is embarrassing but I don't a **** yo. Thug life.
I was switching keycaps on my new keyboard and during that process I would hold down some of the keys for like 4-5 seconds. After fitting my new keycaps I tried using the keyboard and it wouldn't work  :-X. There was a window that popped up because I held one of the keys for a long time, but I closed the widow not thing much of it. What the **** did I do wrong? Can someone please help me? I was replacing the F1 keys and tilde(`) to 0. I'm using another keyboard right now so obviously I did something to the other keyboard. Both keyboards are plugged in right now and one works and the other one is broken. I have no clue what I did or how to go about fixing it. I need your helps guys. Thanks!!!!
Edit: I tried unplugging and plugging it back it and I also restarted my computer and it didn't help.
Edit #2: The caps locks doesn't light up when I press it. Same with the Scroll lock.
Edit #3: I tried holding down the shift key and then both shift keys for several seconds. Tried holding down all the key individually for several seconds.
Edit #4: I tried using the PS2 adapter. No luck.
Edit #5: When I plug in the keyboard that works there is a noise telling me that the keyboard was just plugged in. I don't get that sound when I plug in the broken keyboard. I also tried plugging the keyboard into another PC and it doesn't work.
(These are all tips I read online)
Nothing is working.....
CM Quick Fire Rapid.

What kind of a keyboard is it?
EDIT: Rubber domes aren't so willing to have switched caps. I assume you're using mechanical, but I can't be certain. If it's rubber dome, that might be your issue.

Looks like you already tried the first two obvious solutions. What about trying it on another computer?
If it doesn't work on another computer, you need to take the keys off again to make sure you didn't break something on the board. I've switched keycaps many times and I've never caused any harm to the keyboards. You would have to be pretty rough to actually break something that way.

The windows that popped up was probably just stiky keys, it's a feature of windows for people who have difficulty using more than one key at once.
Are all keys affected? You could download aquakeytest and check all of the keys with it, might give us a clue...

Based on his post history he is talking about a Quickfire Rapid

Yes. And the caps lock and scroll lock has a back-light, but it doesn't work right now.

I just downloaded that program. None of the keys are responding. On my other keyboard all the keys responded.

Replace the caps and see if you can return it for another. ;-)

The only thing you didn't mention is trying a different cable on the broken keyboard. Might be that, or a broken connector on the PB where you plug in the cable.

Glad it has been resolved. We all make silly mistakes from time to time. Thank you for posting the update - it might help someone else down the track.
