Title: [WTT] Intel Processor for Intel Processor
Post by: kmiller8 on Fri, 04 January 2013, 16:13:15
I have a brand new, refurbished Celeron D I'm looking to trade for another Intel CPU. Specifically something to upgrade my 2500k, like an i7 or a 3570k.

Owning a 3570k, the jump from 2500k is apparently not super high.  I was building this from scratch, and only did it because I went PCI-3.0 on everything just because I'm a bit OCD, I know I won't be getting appreciable gains by perfectly matching the lanes.  YMMV!

Yeah, we were discussing that in IRC earlier, that's why I turned down the offer.

If anyone else is looking for a 3570k, PM TheProfosist (http://geekhack.org/index.php?action=profile;u=12209), he's willing to trade his 3750k for one of these Celerons o.o :p
