I've had this old TKL board sitting on a shelf at the office for years. The keys are of linear mechanical type, but I'm not familiar with a yellow Cherry-like switch that utilizes a rubber dome pad around it like this. The manufacturer appears to be BTC and the model name Carry I, but I can't find any information for it online. Anyone know what kind of switches these are? Anyone else own one of these?

Looks like a standard rubber dome.

Rubber dome
Not long after the mechanical version was introduced, a rubber dome version followed. The case is different, being dark grey with a pencil tray instead of beige with a ridged recess along the top.
According to that statement the keyboard in the photos is a "mechanical" version.
The layout is somewhat different, with the ~ key to the left of '1', a horizontal enter key, and cursor keys no longer in an inverse-T formation.
According to that statement the keyboard in the photos is a rubberdome version.
