top looks like, but bottom doesn't....i've never seen alps like this one

Looks like fakes. Probably rubber dome under there. Tactile? Clicky? Can you safely open up the keyboard?

Alps compatible slider over rubberdome for sure. There are loads of rubberdomes with either these or MX compatible slider so they could take advantage of existing keycaps for cost savings.

Actually, membrane, not rubber dome. This is a semi-mechanical hybrid, tactile and clicky, and it feels surprisingly good to type on. The sliders and copper click plates are exactly the same as in Alps switches.

My M0116 with ALPS switches has "ALPS" visible on the switch. You can barely see it here:

Oh yes, I forgot to mention it. There's also a spring, not Alps compatible though. Same diameter but shorter.
