Title: Looking for a new TKL Keyboard
Post by: digi on Wed, 09 January 2013, 16:35:25
I currently own a Filco TKL w/ Cherry Browns. I'm looking for a comparable build quality in a keyboard with Cherry Red switches.

What do you guys recommend? I'm also on a budget, so nothing over $150.

Thanks.

Be different and get a KBT Oni! Cherry stabilizers won't kill you and they come stock with PBT keycaps!

I vote for this, QFR MX Red version actually look very nice in my opinion.

and I have a feeling it is going to be priced pretty close to $150, considering V1s start at $120.

Another thing to keep in mind that WASD Keyboards charge $10 for MX Red switch, so you're really looking at $130 before tax and shipping.

So I'd say go pick up a QFR MX Red at a local store for around $85-90 and save yourself on shipping.
