Title: Razer Mouse Bungee's Sticky Feet
Post by: Hyde on Mon, 14 January 2013, 21:21:02
I got a Razer Mouse Bungee recently as a gift.  It came with a sticky feet for staying in place.  The feet came with a plastic protector that I'm suppose to peel off before use.  But I'm worry that it might leave sticky residue on my desk so I haven't peel it off yet.

Has anyone used this before and know if it leaves a mark?

Not all that relevant, but I couldn't remove my Razer Sphex without leaving a nasty mark on my desk that I still haven't been able to completely remove. Not sure if the bungee has the same adhesive, probably not, but I'd be a bit wary.

lol I know this is exactly why I haven't remove the cover yet, just in case.......

I know eh?  It's like why can't they just use those rubber grip found on mouse pads and add heavier weight and be done with.  Yet they put in this mysterious sticky surface that I'm not too sure of.

Would it get less sticky because more dust getting on it each time we move?

lol if you have naga epic doesn't that mean it's wireless = no cord = no bungee needed? ??

Yes, but if you dont drag you mouse really hard it doesnt matter.
I mean the bungee is agile and if the cable is on tension and you pull it always more...
but i dont think that anybody do this

Like the others have said, You shouldn't have to worry about it ruining anything. It is fairly grippy, my desk has a rough texture and it did a great job sticking. It wasn't overwhelming though, It stuck maybe a couple of times that required a slight tug.
