You could go to WASDKeyboards and make a custom keycap set there with the keyboard designer.

but wasd would only be black font, or engraved. not grey like the man wants!

Booo. Maybe he can sign up for that GMK IC/GB with the Dolch? Otherwise I'm not sure lol. Help me kmiller8! Or SmallFry!  :p

If you are looking for something really close to this, I think KBC is offering a set very similar.  It might suit your taste.  I would ask imsto, feng, or qtan.

It gives a really sleek look, much like the Realforce (in Black).

I'd love to run into a set like that and wouldn't even care what color the font was, assuming it wasn't white.
