Title: 356CL with blue Alps?

Just saw a 356CL with blue Alps on otd.kr.
I was wondering if or when they were ever made, or if it is a mod because I've never seen it before.

CYG own one of the 2 ever produced, IIRC. He occasionally drops in on GH.
