I just got my first mechanical keyboard. A ducky Shine 2 Blue LED. I love it so far. The duck logo on the space bar kind of bugs me, and I would like to replace it with a normal space bar. Where should I start to find one that matches the finish of the stock keys?

You need a UV coated space bar. I am not sure if it possible to buy one by itself nor I think the black ABS will quite match the color of the black paint.

Also they are OEM profile i.e. a bit taller than other keycaps, whereas most replacement spacebars would be Cherry profile, which is lower.
What about colouring over the Ducky logo with a black texta?

Nooooooo! The ducky logo is awesome lol

I don't mind it either - not as in-your-face as the CM logos all over my QFR.
So saying, I swapped Win modifiers with someone so I got the ones with Ducky logos and he got the ones with Windows flags on them.
I don't mind the Ducky logo :)

Yeah I really like it, but I guess it is not for everyone. If I end up buying a Ducky keyboard, the spacebar won't be going anywhere lol

See if you can tell which one is the black paint over translucent ABS vs UV coat over black ABS.
