Herm. If you can't find somebody to do it... hit me up. I might want you to get the lube, but we can work that out if you can't find somebody.

Boost is just doing an experiment. Can someone mod 500 switches and maintain sanity?

Got 5 phantoms, 5 different layouts, 2 case designs ;)

I go crazy doing 100 switches -_-

Lets see, I did about 64 switches, stickered and lubed in about 4 hours. So that's 16 switches per hour. So that would take someone around 32 hours of non stop lubing and stickering.

If you were to pay minimum wage, it would be $240

My offer still stands. Since you'd be sourcing lube, take that out of the price, and I'd say...$.40 a switch, so... $200-lube price, so lets call it $175ish?

Wow. That's a lot of cash. :drools:

Some one teach me how to do it

I love doing things that make normal people insane.

Like that time I learnt how to fold paper stars and it blew my mind and then proceeded to fold about 1000 in like a week, think I was like 10.

After lubing about 10 keyboards, I stopped taking requests for lubing switches. It takes 4 hours or more for a full TKL keyboard if you do it properly. 500 switches is roughly 6 keyboards. Such a tedious and boring job....

Further derail incoming... What do you use for lube?

How different does it feel when it's lubed and stickered?  Do you even notice a difference from the stickers?

IMO, stickers: no, lube: yes

Stickers seem like a bit of a dust protector and aesthetic touch more than anything. I got some during my Phantom hunt just because it was fun to hunt them down. Heh.

Then you must love my request for raw switches  :p
