Title: [eBay] NMB Concert Master (rubber dome with built in speakers)
Post by: figit090 on Tue, 29 January 2013, 16:57:54
Kinda nifty I thought a collector might like it.  Built-in speakers and mic, with sub output and other things.  Can you imagine a keyboard-mounted MIC?  Must SUCK if you have to type! lol

Some research on google finds it uses a "silent membrane switch", sadly.  Still neat though.  here's the advert/manual PDF: http://www.jameco.com/Jameco/Products/ProdDS/681230.pdf

Amazing synchronicity!

I just saw one of these (1st time ever) in a thrift store for $3 today!

Considered it for half a minute, then passed.

To be fair, if you want to listen to the sound or record it you do need the quietest switches possible.  They might not feel that bad, who knows?

Those seem to be from the era when the PC business was routinely beaten with the ugly stick.
